- Our customer is our real employer and pays our monthly wages.
- Our customer is the most important person for our company, whether
he is visiting,
writing to us or on the telephone.
- He is not dependent on us, but we depend on him.
- He does not interrupt our work, but is the aim and object of it.
Our customer is not
a stranger but is instead a living part of our business.
- When we fulfill his wishes we are not doing him a favour - he is
doing us a favour
in allowing us to fulfill them for him.
- Our customer is not a number, but a person consisting of flesh and
blood with his
own characteristics and temperament just as we have.
- He does not come to us in order to argue or to test his intelligence.
He does,
however, have the right to express his opinion.
- He informs us of his requirements. It is our responsibility to fulfill
these
in the most profitable manner to both him and to us.
- Customer orientation is the most important ingredient of Diafoods'
success.
