Approximately 50% of our turnover is made through

• freeze-dried
• germ-reduced
• organic bell peppers (Capsicum annuum)
  

We have a permanent stock of some hundred Tons of raw material ready for the production of red, green, yellow, mixed and fieldrun bell peppers in various cuts:

• flakes 6x6 mm, 9x9 mm, 12x12 mm, 20x20 mm
• granules 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 3 mm and further special cuts
• powder, fine and coarse
• strips
